This is ONLY for those with an Elf to put inside the balloon. There is no option to buy an Elf to put inside the balloon. Please carefully read the directions below.

ELF MUST BE DROPPED OFF. When your order is received, a member of The Cheerful Balloon team will be in touch with you to coordinate the drop off of your elf at the storefront.
