The Cheerful Balloon only works with the highest quality latex and foil mylar balloons on the market. Our natural rubber latex balloons are 100% biodegradable and made with plant-based materials. We also advocate smart balloon practices; keep balloons secure and weighted, do not release in the air, and properly dispose of balloons once they are popped or deflated.
