We currently only offer local delivery and pickup.

Absolutely! You are welcome to come view balloon colors in person and check out all that we have to offer at any time! We do ask that you submit an inquiry form or email us at thecheerfulballoon@gmail.com ahead of time to ensure the owner is in the shop and that we have your date available.

Our custom creations take lots of time to design and execute so the sooner you can book the better! We strongly suggest booking at least two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment when we’re already booked or don’t have the materials your vision requires.

If you have an event date and venue but are not exactly sure what type of balloon décor you would like yet, you can reserve your date with a $250 deposit. Then we can sort out the details later!

Grab 'n Go Balloons can be ordered with as little as 3 days notice.

The Cheerful Balloon requires an order minimum of $250 (before delivery fees) for full-scale delivery and installation services. For budgets under $250, we offer Grab & Go creations for pickup from our shop in Washington.

Grab & Go's are great for clients who don't need balloon installation services and want something smaller than our minimum for delivery and installation. They are fully created balloon garlands that can be picked-up from our store front in Washington, PA. There is no work required on your end - we've done all the blowing up and assembling! All you have to do is hang it up yourself. We ask that you please give us at least 72 hours' notice for Grab & Go orders.

We use only the highest quality balloons. This means all of our balloons are biodegradable. While our balloons are safe to be outside, we do not recommend letting balloons float away into the sky. 

Balloon installations last anywhere from 1 day to several months, depending on where we are installing your balloons. Balloon garland are created using air, so they will last longer than a helium balloon arrangement. Balloons are sensitive to weather conditions, like extreme heat or cold. Meaning the weather can impact the lifespan of your balloons. Balloon garlands installed outside will have a shorter lifespan than a installation indoors.

Our custom balloon décor pricing varies based on the type of design, complexity and delivery costs. All of our garlands are priced starting at $22 per foot (not liner feet) so having measurements of the space where you would like your balloons to go will help give you a general idea of cost.
